Today, APMG and Half Double Institute are launching a transformational training and certification programme, which will increase the speed and impact of organizations’ projects.
Half Double training and certification will teach candidates simple tools and practices to enable changes to be executed faster and generate more benefits. The certification aims to address the dismal success rate of projects, with only 30% being deemed successful*. It is based on the methodology developed by Half Double Institute, a non-profit foundation. Working in conjunction with three universities and 2,500 of the best project managers in Denmark, Half Double Institute’s radical new methodology was created after comprehensive research identified key concepts that any organization can use to deliver more impactful projects in less time.

Half Double ‘Ignite’ training sessions, which are followed by a Foundation exam, launched today. These are immediately available through the Accredited Training Providers Implement Consulting Group and IBA and will be available through APMG’s global network in the coming months. Both the founders of Half Double Institute and APMG International are looking forward to launching Boost and Masterclass training levels later in 2021.
