Research Talks: How to drive projects in organisations with less than 1000 employees?

Join us at the webinar on October 14th, as we dive into the newest research about Half Double and discuss what challenges projects in smaller organisations face and how those obstacles can be avoided.

What really sets The Half Double Methodology apart from other project management methodologies is the fact that it was co-created together with experienced project management researchers.

These researchers have ever since Half Double was launched, followed, and documented the effects of the methodology in projects and organisations.

This spring the latest research report was published and in a series of webinars we dive into the key findings.

This third webinar in the series, will cover:

  • A brief introduction to the core elements of Half Double
  • What specific challenges projects in organisations with less than 1000 employees face
  • Perspectives on why Half Double is a great match for these organisations.

So, if you want to know why project management is challenged in organisations with less than 1000 employees, and how Half Double can accommodate for these challenges, then tune in!
