Join the 2-day conference "Projektforum" organised by the two associations Danish Project Managent and Danish IT. This year's conference focuses on managing projects, initiatives, programmes and portfolios.

The conference also includes a dinner, so there will be plenty of opportunity to exchange experiences with other project professionals.

As part of the diverse programme, on Tuesday afternoon, Christina Sejr Pedersen from Half Double Institute will give a presentation on the role of the project manager in the age of generative AI.

  1. Our keynote speaker and thought leader, Antonio Nieto-Rodriguez , will discuss how the relationship between project managers and executive management can be more successful, and how we can create direction and speed for projects.
     
  2. Michael Ehlers from Half Double Institute and Richard Pharro, CEO of APMG, will present an introduction to Half Double certification and the many benefits of being certified.
     
  3. Per Svejvig, Associate Professor from Aarhus University will unveil the latest research related to the operational effects of Half Double in projects.
     
  4. We will also provide you with materials and illustrate how this conference can be a stepstone on your own Half Double journey
