PMI BeNeLux Summit 2025

Join the one-day PMI BeNeLux Summit on 10 October 2025 in Maastricht, where project professionals from across the region will gather to explore the theme "Project Management in the AI Era: Bridging Precision, Creativity, and Innovation."

The conference brings together practitioners, researchers, and students from across Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg. Through keynotes, workshops, and networking sessions, the summit will explore how artificial intelligence is shaping the future of project management.

As part of the programme, Christina Sejr Pedersen, CEO of the Half Double Institute, will deliver a keynote presentation exploring how AI is redefining the role of the project leader.

  1. Our keynote speaker and thought leader, Antonio Nieto-Rodriguez , will discuss how the relationship between project managers and executive management can be more successful, and how we can create direction and speed for projects.
     
  2. Michael Ehlers from Half Double Institute and Richard Pharro, CEO of APMG, will present an introduction to Half Double certification and the many benefits of being certified.
     
  3. Per Svejvig, Associate Professor from Aarhus University will unveil the latest research related to the operational effects of Half Double in projects.
     
  4. We will also provide you with materials and illustrate how this conference can be a stepstone on your own Half Double journey
