This report significantly enhances the evidence base by broadening the scope of the study beyond the previous focus on 28 Half Double projects. In collaboration with the Technical University of Darmstadt, the research now incorporates insights from 351 project managers and 92 project portfolios. This expansion strengthens the foundation of our findings regarding the success of the Half Double Methodology.

Key findings of the new report include:

  • High Performance: On average, Half Double projects achieved approximately 81% of their initial Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Significant Impact: The Half Double Methodology explains 36% of the variation in project success, emphasizing its significant role.
  • Versatility: The methodology demonstrated effectiveness across diverse project types and industries, such as IT, New product development (NPD), and others.

These insights underscore the Half Double Methodology's capacity to drive substantial improvements in project success rates. For a deeper understanding of how to generate success with the Half Double Methodology, we invite you to explore the full report.
