Large IT projects – how do we make them succeed?

Christina Sejr Pedersen, Director at the Half Double Institute, will participate in a panel debate at OFF DIG 2026, Denmark’s leading conference on public-sector digitalisation.

The panel brings together senior leaders from across the public sector to discuss one of the most persistent challenges in digital transformation. Drawing on Half Double perspectives, Christina will focus on how large IT initiatives can deliver real value and measurable impact – not just systems and compliance.

  2. Michael Ehlers from Half Double Institute and Richard Pharro, CEO of APMG, will present an introduction to Half Double certification and the many benefits of being certified.
     
  3. Per Svejvig, Associate Professor from Aarhus University will unveil the latest research related to the operational effects of Half Double in projects.
