Half Double Practitioner Course

Take your projects to the next level with the Half Double Practitioner course! Dive deeper into the Half Double methodology and learn how to adapt it to your own projects to create real impact—faster.

The course is for those who have completed the Foundation training and want to deepen their understanding and practical experience with the Half Double methodology.

To benefit fully, you must have a project where you can apply at least three methods—one from each core element.

The course includes two dynamic sessions:

Boost (Online the 25 February from 12.30-16.30): A deep dive into Half Double principles, setting you up for practical application.
Practitioner Class (In-Person the 29 April from 9.00-16.00): A full day of hands-on learning, feedback, and preparation for certification.

After completing the course, you’ll:

  • Confidently use Half Double methods and tools in your own projects.
  • Tailor the approach to your organization and leadership style.
  • Manage uncertainty and engage your project team effectively.
  • Deliver measurable impact in less time.

  • Be ready to achieve your Half Double Practitioner certification.

  1. Our keynote speaker and thought leader, Antonio Nieto-Rodriguez , will discuss how the relationship between project managers and executive management can be more successful, and how we can create direction and speed for projects.
     
  2. Michael Ehlers from Half Double Institute and Richard Pharro, CEO of APMG, will present an introduction to Half Double certification and the many benefits of being certified.
     
  3. Per Svejvig, Associate Professor from Aarhus University will unveil the latest research related to the operational effects of Half Double in projects.
     
  4. We will also provide you with materials and illustrate how this conference can be a stepstone on your own Half Double journey
