Half Double Practitioner certification

The Half Double Practitioner builds on the Half Double Foundation and puts your theoretical knowledge into practice in relation to your own project. The certfication aims to strengthen your position as a hybrid project manager in your organisation.

 In practical terms, this means that you will work with the method in your own project and combine traditional and agile principles in your own deliveries. 

We strengthen your knowledge of the three core elements and the nine tools, and then we dive even deeper into the local customisation that is central to your project. The course is based on your own project through a reflection report. Upon passing the exam, you will receive a Half Double Practitioner certification.

  1. Our keynote speaker and thought leader, Antonio Nieto-Rodriguez , will discuss how the relationship between project managers and executive management can be more successful, and how we can create direction and speed for projects.
     
  2. Michael Ehlers from Half Double Institute and Richard Pharro, CEO of APMG, will present an introduction to Half Double certification and the many benefits of being certified.
     
  3. Per Svejvig, Associate Professor from Aarhus University will unveil the latest research related to the operational effects of Half Double in projects.
     
  4. We will also provide you with materials and illustrate how this conference can be a stepstone on your own Half Double journey
