Half Double Foundation certification
Half Double is a flexible and hands-on program and project management methodology that combines the best of traditional and agile approaches to maximize project success. It emphasizes project impact over mere deliverables and is built on three core elements:
- Impact: Focus on achieving early, measurable results that create real value for stakeholders.
- Flow: Optimize workflows to ensure continuous progress and minimize obstacles.
- Leadership: Foster engaging and adaptive leadership that motivates the team and drives the project forward.
The training takes place over three intensive days at our office in central Malmö, providing a deep understanding of the Half Double methodology and its practical application. On the final day, participants have the opportunity to obtain a Half Double Foundation Certificate as proof of their competence.
