Accelerate your PtX project with Half-Double

Welcome to the 3rd edition of the Aarhus Power-to-X Symposium where you can learn how the Half Double methodology can enhance Power to X (PtX) projects Christina Sejr Pedersen and Per Svejvig will share their thoughts on applying this dynamic project management approach to drive success in the hydrogen and green fuels sector.

Only 7% of announced electrolysis capacity reached Final Investment Decision (FID) in 2023. To accelerate project development, we must standardize processes, adopt best-in-class practices, and engage stakeholders more effectively. This session aims to inspire practitioners to utilize the latest project management tools to create better, bankable projects. PtX projects come with extraordinary complexity and uncertainty, necessitating innovative approaches.

  1. Our keynote speaker and thought leader, Antonio Nieto-Rodriguez , will discuss how the relationship between project managers and executive management can be more successful, and how we can create direction and speed for projects.
     
  2. Michael Ehlers from Half Double Institute and Richard Pharro, CEO of APMG, will present an introduction to Half Double certification and the many benefits of being certified.
     
  3. Per Svejvig, Associate Professor from Aarhus University will unveil the latest research related to the operational effects of Half Double in projects.
     
  4. We will also provide you with materials and illustrate how this conference can be a stepstone on your own Half Double journey
