Join Projectforum 2026, a two-day conference exploring how project management and technology come together to create successful projects.

The programme combines practical project management insights with perspectives on digital transformation and emerging technologies. We are proud that Half Double Institute's Director, Christina Sejr Pedersen, is part of this year's speaker programme. Together with Stine McBean from the Danish Heart Foundation (Hjerteforeningen), she will present a real-life case demonstrating how the Half Double methodology can accelerate impact and create value in projects.

Projectforum is an annual event organised in partnership between the Danish Project Management Association (Dansk Projektledelse) and Danish IT. The conference offers a unique platform for project professionals to gain new insights, exchange experiences, and explore practical approaches to creating greater impact and value through projects.

  1. Our keynote speaker and thought leader, Antonio Nieto-Rodriguez , will discuss how the relationship between project managers and executive management can be more successful, and how we can create direction and speed for projects.
     
  2. Michael Ehlers from Half Double Institute and Richard Pharro, CEO of APMG, will present an introduction to Half Double certification and the many benefits of being certified.
     
  3. Per Svejvig, Associate Professor from Aarhus University will unveil the latest research related to the operational effects of Half Double in projects.
     
  4. We will also provide you with materials and illustrate how this conference can be a stepstone on your own Half Double journey
