Half Double Foundation certification

This course will deepen your understanding of the Half Double method and teach you how to apply it to achieve early results in your projects. Half Double is a hybrid project management method that combines both traditional and agile project management.

We introduce you to a range of practical tools that enable you to use the method effectively from day one in your daily work as a project manager. Ahead of the course, you will receive the Half Double Foundation Guide, which provides an introduction to the methodology.

You must pass a multiple-choice test on the final day of the course to become certified in Half Double Foundation. The certification is included in the course fee.

  1. Our keynote speaker and thought leader, Antonio Nieto-Rodriguez , will discuss how the relationship between project managers and executive management can be more successful, and how we can create direction and speed for projects.
     
  2. Michael Ehlers from Half Double Institute and Richard Pharro, CEO of APMG, will present an introduction to Half Double certification and the many benefits of being certified.
     
  3. Per Svejvig, Associate Professor from Aarhus University will unveil the latest research related to the operational effects of Half Double in projects.
     
  4. We will also provide you with materials and illustrate how this conference can be a stepstone on your own Half Double journey
