Half Double Foundation certification
In this course, you'll gain insight into a whole new way of approaching project management. We'll look at how to create value in a project from the very beginning - and how you can complete a project in half the time with the Half Double effect. The Half Double methodology is characterised by being a hybrid approach that combines the classic with newer agile methods.
In this course, we'll take a closer look at where Half Double fits into the project landscape and how it can be linked to existing methods such as SCRUM. The webinar is for both new project managers and experienced project managers who want input on how the Half Double method can be used.

We have an online kick-off on 29 October from 11-12, where you participate via Teams and get access to course materials that we need for the actual course, which takes place physically at IBA in Kolding.
